CLASS ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Stephen's back and ready to whip you into shape!  Join him on Tuesday/Thursday from 10:30am-11:30am for F.L.A.T.A.B.S.  You'll have to attend the class to find out what kind of secrets this acronym holds.  This class begins January 10th.

We're bringing cardio back to Thursday nights!  Join us starting January 19th for Turbo Kickboxing from 7:30pm-8:30pm.  This class is a combo of intense kickboxing and dance moves.  This ultimate cardio challenge blends intervals, strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool down.  No experience or equipment required.

Foam Roller Stretch to begin Wednesday, February 1st!  Evan will take you through a head-to-toe stretch incorporating a foam roller.  This form of stretching is beneficial before and after a workout, during injury rehabilitation and for those looking to build flexibility and increase muscle development.  Please bring your foam roller.  If you are in need of one, we have them for sale at the desk. 12-in $12 or 36-in $20.

Friday class beginning February 3rd!  Join Michele from 10:30am-11:30am for Piyo.  Piyo is designed to build strength and gain flexibilty using a combination of Power Yoga and Pilates moves.  Once you try it, we know you will love it!
