Boot Camp: Start your day the right way! A great mixture of cardio and weights makes this a true calorie-burning workout. Strength and cardio all in one!

Body Blast: Break up your day with an intense, full body workout incorporating strength and muscular endurance training.  Be prepared to sweat!

F.L.A.T.A.B.S.: An intense workout designed to burn fat and increase both aerobic and anaerobic ability. Using the tabata method, this class is challenging yet accommodating to every level from beginner to expert.

Hot Momma Workout: Kick up your cardio, moms! This class provides an awesome get in shape workout. Take time for you!

INNERgystics: A high energy, low impact, unique mind/body workout.

Muscle & Cardio Blast!: Full body cardio & muscle workout using a variety of fitness tools and different class formats.

Pedal to the Metal: First half intense interval spinning, second half a true strength training workout.

Pilates: Elongate your muscles while strengthening your core.

Piyo:  designed to build strength and gain flexibility using a combination of Power Yoga and Pilates moves.  Once you try it, we know you will love it!

Elevation Boot Camp: is a boot camp inspired program designed to give your metabolism a boost, reduce stress and shed unwanted pounds. Each month will be a rotation of progressive, 4 week challenges.

Teen Girls class: Designed for girls(grades 4-12) to improve their physical abilities including strength, stamina and aerobic capacity.

TRX/Kettle/Agility training combo: This class combines the TRX system, Kettle Bells and agility for a full body workout.

Turbo Kickboxing: A combo of intense kickboxing and dance moves. This ultimate cardio challenge blends intervals, strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool down. No experience or equipment required.

Yoga: A wonderful blend of hatha and kriya yoga forms. Elaina will modify the class per the individuals in attendance.

Zumba: Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout that will blow you away. A great way to have fun and burn calories at the same time.
