Rachel Crocker, Personal Trainer

Rachel Crocker

Rachel Crocker holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fitness and Sports Management from Central Washington University. She has a broad range of experience as a personal trainer and class instructor in Portland area health facilities including Southwest Community Center. Her clients vary from those who haven’t ever worked out to athletes training for specific sports like triathlons, etc. Rachel is an avid runner and triathlete - completing sprint and Olympic distance triathlons as well as many “fun runs” around the Northwest. She is an enthusiastic and motivating personal trainer and instructor for AFC. Rachel is passionate about helping people truly enjoy working out in the neighborhood she now calls home.

Evan Supanich, Personal Trainer

Evan Supanich

Evan Supanich first developed a love for fitness as a result of his experiences at Northern Michigan University. Under the guidance of a few gifted and caring professors, he gained an extensive knowledge in the art of holistic health. Evan prides himself on being a creative and self directed learner, so the workouts that he constructs are always challenging and up to date. "As a Health Wellness professional, I seek out all paths that will help achieve the various goals and objectives of different individuals. I find it extremely gratifying to watch the transformation of my clients and see the improvement in the quality of their lives. As a trainer, I worked with the NMU Football Team and athletes at the Olympic Training Center in Marquette, Michigan. I also worked at two different fitness centers prior to moving to Oregon and came away with quite a few success stories. I'm excited to be part of the team here at Alameda and once again dedicating myself to meeting the goals of my clients."

Elizabeth Mork Hollender, Personal Trainer

Elizbeth Mark Hollender

Elizabeth Mork Hollender is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine. She enjoys sharing her passion for exercise with people through personal training and class instruction. She currently teaches the 6 am Boot Camp.

She likes to work with people of all abilities, whether you are new to exercise, just getting re-started or are a veteran. She loves the interaction of working with people to help them achieve their fitness goals. She has seen how being fit can affect one’s life and self esteem in every aspect. Elizabeth lives in the neighborhood and thinks being able to work out close to home makes it much more likely to happen.

She enjoys running/walking and has participated in the Foot Traffic University half marathon training program several times.

Laura Devine

Laura Devine

Laura Devine – After graduating from the University of North Florida, where she competed in track and cross country for four years, Laura began personal training. Laura has worked with individuals and small groups, taught group fitness, and coached both running groups and individuals. Working with this variety of clients with a range of goals has given her experience with weight loss, resistance training, balance and flexibility training. Laura has truly enjoyed both the successes of her clients and the relationships formed. Laura strongly believes in the benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle and invites you to discuss your goals in order to design a program tailored just for you. (ACE certified)

Stephen Boyce, Personal Trainer

Stephen Boyce

As a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer (National Personal Training Institute), Stephen Boyce is committed to helping people meet their fitness goals. A firm believer in sustainable changes, Stephen teaches people about proper body movement, gives nutrition counseling, and provides motivation to help people excel and change their lives. Stephen is a weight loss specialist, having lost 80 pounds himself, and has the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to lose the weight and most importantly KEEP IT OFF. Stephen also enjoys, working with clients, who want to improve their mobility and quality of life that has declined due to injury or age. Package discounts are available. You do not need to be a member to utilize our personal training services.

Yoga & Pilates personal Instruction

Not sure that group classes are the right fit for you? Try our yoga and pilates one-on-one instruction. These services are perfect for beginners as an introduction to the practice or for individuals looking to advance their own skills.
