Ian integrates martial arts training into his one-on-one personal training sessions. Ian has practiced Traditional Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Arnis, Escrima, and Tai Chi and will work with you to weave different styles of martial arts into your own individual practice.

- Group size of 2 to 5 people
- All group sessions run 4 weeks and are prepaid. Credits will not be offered for missing sessions unless the entire group cancels or reschedules.
- Each group session includes an orientation session with Ian to answer any questions and ensure that you are in the right group.
Senior Strength: designed for our mature exerciser who may be dealing with injuries or limitations but still wants the benefits of strength training, including improved ease of daily activities, improved balance, bone density, and posture, and reduced pain. Each client must be cleared for activity by your physician and be able to stand for 30 minutes. This training group is currently in session - meeting Saturdays from 12pm-1pm. Women’s Toning and Conditioning: Targets areas most women want to strengthen, tone, protect and define. This is an all-body workout with an emphasis on glutes, hips, triceps and core. Meets 1x week for 55 minutes.
Men’s Strength and Fitness: Specifically designed to strengthen your core, firm your arms and legs, protect your low back and improve your posture. Meets 1x week for 55 minutes.
Abs and Low Back: Improve your posture, learn to breathe deeper, strengthen your core for daily living and improve any fitness endeavor with a conditioning class focused on form over speed or repetitions. Great for anyone with back or neck conditions. Meets 2x week for 30 minutes.
Slow Kwon Do: Non-contact martial arts for all-body fitness. Blended martial arts techniques are practiced to develop coordination, balance, groundedness, and centeredness. Mastering techniques for self-defense or fighting is not a focus of this group. Meets 1x week for 55 minutes.
